New Floors in One Day

At Brothers Coating Company, we follow a meticulous seven-step process to ensure your floors are flawless and long-lasting. Our approach combines the latest technology with a commitment to excellence, guaranteeing results that will make you wonder why you didn’t do this sooner.

Grind the Concrete

We prepare the surface using state-of-the-art grinders with vacuums to minimize dust. This step opens up the pores of the concrete, allowing our polyurea base coat to penetrate deeply and bond effectively.

Fix Cracks and Imperfections

We fill gaps with a mixture of epoxy and sand, then grind again for a smooth surface. This ensures that any previous damage is repaired, giving you a perfect foundation for your new floor.

Apply the Base Coat

Our polyurea base coat is applied for a strong bond with the concrete. It looks like paint as we apply it with brushes and rollers, but its strength and durability are unmatched.

Apply Flake

Choose your color, and we’ll distribute the vinyl paint flakes on the wet base coat. This step adds texture and style to your floor, giving it a unique and attractive finish.

Lunch Break

We let the base coat set for about an hour and a half. This is our favorite step – not just because we get to eat, but because it means your new floor is well on its way.

Scrape and Vacuum

Excess flake is removed, leaving your floor fully coated. We make sure every inch is perfect before moving on to the final step.

Top Coat

A clear polyaspartic top coat is applied for a stunning finish. This layer not only locks in the flake but also enhances the color and provides an extra layer of protection.
